Brand systems.Rules that help people create.
I'm developing a way for small businesses and associations to turn their brand into reusable AI skills, design rules and templates — so everyday content starts with a clear direction.

01 / The ambition
Make brand decisions usable every day.
Small teams need consistent communication without briefing a designer for every post or flyer. My aim is to make brand decisions usable at the moment of creation: one brief, a relevant template and a draft shaped by the same visual and verbal rules.
- An agreed foundation
- Positioning, voice, visual rules and approved examples define the direction.
- A practical request
- A short brief and a relevant template give each draft a defined job.
- Human judgment
- Brand fit, facts, readability and refinement remain part of the review.
02 / The system in development
A repeatable structure, with judgment built in.
From brand strategy to everyday creation
Brand foundation
- Positioning & voice
- Visual rules & assets
- Approved examples
AI-assisted drafts
- Captions & copy
- Visual concepts
- Template-based layouts
Human approval
- Brand & fact checks
- Design refinement
- Ready for release
Review → refine the rules → improve the next draft
- Audit & strengthen
- Review the existing identity, audience and communication. Identify what to preserve, clarify and improve before defining an agreed brand foundation.
- Research & interpret
- Use Grok, Claude and ChatGPT to curate design references and principles. Extract relevant ideas; adapt them to the brand rather than copy their appearance.
- Encode the brand
- Translate positioning, colour, typography and tone of voice into reusable skills, templates, examples and explicit do-and-don't rules.
- Create on request
- Turn a short brief into captions, visual concepts or template-based flyers. Keep exact logos, factual copy and layout constraints in controlled assets and templates.
- Review & refine
- Check brand fit, facts, readability and format. Require human approval; use recurring corrections to sharpen the system. Test consistency, revision effort and ease of use.
03 / Applied personal practice
The starting point: my own brand
My portfolio, CV and cover-letter template inspired this project. Across my personal-brand materials, I tested AI outputs, reviewed inconsistencies and refined prompts and brand rules.
A real starting point / My personal brand
Clarity × Curiosity × Craft
Every element has a reason.
Geist communicates · Geist Pixel informs
- Identity
- Space
- Signal
- A defined type hierarchy
- Geist carries the message; Geist Pixel labels the information. Colitez is reserved for a short expressive intervention.
- Colour with a purpose
- Navy gives the system its identity. Off-white provides space. Orange marks a small, meaningful signal.
- Connections with meaning
- Lines explain relationships. Layout and whitespace establish hierarchy.
04 / Current focus
From personal practice to a method for small teams.
I'm now shaping those experiments into a repeatable method for other organisations, starting with a focused flyer-and-caption workflow.
- Current focus
- A focused flyer-and-caption workflow, shaped by the experiments with my own brand.
- Intended first application
- Tiroler Märchentraumwelten, an association.
- What I want to test
- Consistency, revision effort and ease of use across repeated requests.
- Brand strategy & visual direction
- Reusable AI workflows & template logic
- Quality criteria & human-in-the-loop design
